The founding General Meeting (GM) is an important moment in the life of a mini-company - in fact, it's the day it's born.

The purpose of the GM is to present the mini-company's business plan to the shareholders. It is also customary for mini-entrepreneurs to introduce themselves, explain their objectives and present a prototype of their products or services.

Jonk Entrepreneuren centralises the general meetings to give mini-companies the opportunity to present themselves to a wider audience. At the time of the founding GM, the capital of the mini-company must be fully subscribed and paid up.

The centralised GMs will take place on Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 January 2024, each day from 1.30pm at the Chamber of Commerce.

During their GM, the mini-companies will make a short presentation of 2 to 5 minutes.

Description of the programme :

The Mini-Company programme stimulates the entrepreneurial spirit of secondary school students. For one year, students are in charge of a mini-company in which they are required to make decisions and take responsibility for them. Given that the involved teacherĀ  acts more as a 'coach', the mini-company project leads to a break with the traditional image of lessons: usually passive recipients, pupils become actors in their project.
