We are currently looking for an

Administrative assistant (m/f)

Part-time, permanent contract (20h – 30h/week)

 

Your responsibilities

  • Handle general office tasks and administrative duties.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Preparation of various administrative documents.
  • Preparation and follow-up of invoices & ensuring payment of invoices.
  • Assist HR (management of work schedules, holidays, etc.).
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Organise and schedule meetings and support visitors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Manage inventory and be the main contact for suppliers.

Votre Profil

  • Degree (Bac, Bac+2 or Bachelor) in administration, executive assistance or similar.
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • You are fluent in French and English; good knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is a real advantage.
  • Very good oral and writing skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality are essential.
  • Sense of responsibility as well as rigour, meticulousness and structured approach to work.
  • Organisational skills and ability to work independently.
