“How will artificial intelligence transform jobs and businesses by 2030? And how can we better collaborate with it?”

This is the challenge that PwC Luxembourg presented to around forty students during the 28th edition of the Innovation Camp, organized by Jonk Entrepreneuren Luxembourg.

Twice a year, this event offers high school students aged 16 to 20 the opportunity to solve a business challenge in a creative and sustainable way.

This edition took place on April 3rd at PwC Luxembourg’s Experience Center, with the participation of 43 students from 12 high schools.

An immersion into the PwC universe

Divided into teams, the participants discovered the challenge that very morning and had a full day to come up with a solution.

Pierre-André Honnay (Executive Coach, Experience Center) and Patrick Schon (Audit Partner) kicked off the day. A workshop on the Copilot tool and a tour of the premises completed the experience.

Throughout the day, the young participants were supported by a dedicated team: Pierre-André Honnay (Executive Coach, Experience Center), Ludivine Bini (Talent Attraction Specialist), Eleonora Dussin (UX Designer), Mildred Figueroa Carrera (Innovation Consultant), and Marion Massot (Senior UX Designer).

  • Pierre-André Honnay, Executive Coach, Experience Center
  • Ludivine Bini, Talent Attraction Specialist
  • Jean-François Lens, Education Lead, PwC Foundation Luxembourg
  • Xavier Lisoir, Managing Director – Digital Transformation

At PwC, we believe in the importance of nurturing these talents and creating bridges between education and the ever-evolving world of work.
