The Mini-Company General Meeting is an event organised by Jonk Entrepreneuren Luxembourg, with the support of the City of Luxembourg. It is an important moment in the life of each mini-company. Mini-entrepreneurs present their business idea for the first time to a group of peers, mentors and shareholders. It's not just about the presentation itself, but about developing the skills the students will need as entrepreneurs.
The GM is a key part of the governance of any company. It's where shareholders come together to discuss important issues, assess the company's performance and make crucial decisions about its future. The purpose of the mini-company assembly is no different. At this meeting, students will have the opportunity to present their project, outline their strategy and present the vision of their mini-company. Jonk Entrepreneuren takes on the role of shareholders to ask questions, challenge the students' assumptions and push them to refine their business plans.
Anyone who is a shareholder in a mini-company is cordially invited to take part in this event. Presentations will run from 9am to around 5pm. Please ask the mini-company students when exactly their presentation will take place.
