Programmes Coordinator for Entrepreneurial Education (M/F/D), full-time, permanent position (CDI)
Your challenge:
- Independently manage a portfolio of entrepreneurial education programmes with a results- and innovation-oriented vision.
- Actively present, promote, and disseminate our programmes, events, and initiatives to diverse audiences.
- Measure impact and ensure quantitative and qualitative monitoring of programmes to guarantee relevance and effectiveness, while meeting reporting requirements.
- Organize high-value ‘learning experiences’ (seminars, training sessions, and events) in line with programme objectives and educational content.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders for programne success, working closely with schools and the JA Europe network to ensure local anchoring of initiatives and optimal coordination between local and international actors.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a network of external facilitators and committed volunteers using various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) to ensure maximum-impact learning experiences within the programmes.
- Design and implement new initiatives that respond to local needs and emerging educational challenges.
Your profile:
- Secondary school diploma (classical or general secondary education), BTS, or Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on economics, entrepreneurship, management, pedagogy, sociology, or a similar field.
- First professional experience is desirable.
- Comfortable with project or programme management and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ideally with prior experience in this area.
- Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourgish school system.
- Natural motivation to stay informed and continuously develop skills, with genuine curiosity for entrepreneurship and the innovation ecosystem.
- Excellent command of Luxembourgish, German, French, and English.
- Dynamic and proactive, with a pragmatic, solution-oriented, creative, and innovative approach.
- Excellent communication, writing, teamwork, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.

Intern – Programmes for Entrepreneurial Education (M/F/D) + 3 months, part-time or full-time
Your challenge:
- Supporting programme coordinators in the coordination and promotion of entrepreneurial education programmes and events.
- Supporting efforts to promote programmes to diverse audiences.
- Assisting with monitoring and evaluating programme impact through data collection and reporting.
- Helping organise seminars, training sessions, and other learning events.
- Contributing to building and maintaining relationships with schools, volunteers, and external facilitators.
- Offering ideas and assisting in the development of new educational initiatives.
- Gaining insight into stakeholder management and communication within a national and international network.
Your profile:
- Candidates must have completed secondary education; other qualifications such as BTS, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degrees can be either completed or currently ongoing. Ideal fields include economics, entrepreneurship, education, management, or related areas.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, education, and innovation ecosystems.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
- Basic organisational and project management abilities.
- Comfortable using MS Office tools.
- Proactive, responsible, and a team player.
