Your challenges :

• Develop and implement the organization’s strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
• Ensure the continuous evolution of our program offerings and accessibility for students.
• Oversee all educational activities and programs related to entrepreneurship.
• Lead and guide the JEL team to achieve set objectives.
• Manage the organization’s finances, administration, and human resources.
• Actively retain and grow public and private partnerships to strengthen Jonk Entrepreneuren’s mission.
• Implement comprehensive marketing, branding, and fundraising strategies to enhance financial and in-kind support.$
• Build networks and strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, board members, ministries, schools, businesses, and project partners.
• Strengthen connections between the educational and business communities.
• Develop relationships with international networks.
• Cultivate and foster volunteer engagement.
• Represent Jonk Entrepreneuren at events and with local and international partners.
• Promote a values-based, people-centered culture.

Your profile :

• Proven experience in management and leadership (experience in the non-profit or entrepreneurial sectors is a plus).
• University degree (Bac +4 level).
• Strong interpersonal, partnership-building, and negotiation skills.
• High capacity for strategy development, project management, and team leadership.
• Solid knowledge of financial management, including budget preparation, financial oversight, and resource management.
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg’s educational and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Initiative, innovation, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep commitment to education and the promotion of entrepreneurship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages: German, French, English, and Luxembourgish.
