Communications & Community Coordinator (M/F/D) full-time and permanent (CDI)

Your challenge:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of the communication and community engagement strategy
  • Promote our programmes, events and initiatives through impactful and creative communication
  • Steer the association’s digital and physical presence with a spirit of initiative, a creative touch and a vision for the future
  • Actively contribute to the design, the organisation and success of the association’s events
  • To create impactful textual and visual content to feed our various communication channels
  • To take photos and produce short videos highlighting our programmes, activities and initiatives, in order to boost our visibility and generate commitment
  • To ensure the association’s branding and contribute to the implementation of its rebranding
  • To manage relations with the press

Your profile:

  • University degree or higher education diploma (BTS, Bachelor’s or Master’s) in marketing, communication or a similar field
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant professional experience
  • A natural motivation to keep up to date and continuously develop your skills in marketing, communication and community management, as well as a genuine curiosity for entrepreneurship and the innovation ecosystem
  • Excellent command of the Luxembourgish, German, French and English languages
  • Dynamic, proactive, with a creative and innovative approach
  • Excellent communication, writing and team skills, as well as strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Good command of filming, photo editing and video production
  • Excellent command of the MS Office suite, with great ease in the use of graphic design tools (Canva and/or Adobe Suite), as well as WordPress for content creation and website management
